How do I cancel an order"
You can usually cancel an order
within an hour of order placement
during normal business hours. Beyond
that timeframe, it is very difficult
for us to cancel orders due to the
rapid transfer of orders in our
supply chain. The exception to this
rule is that we are able to cancel
orders that have been backordered.

We will try our best to cancel the
order, but cannot guarantee that we
will able to depending upon where
the order is at in the credit
approval, pick and ship processes.
Can I return a product?
Generally, most products can be
returned within 15 days of shipment.

billing address, shipping address or

If you would like to modify an
existing order, please immediately
contact sales@airsoftelite.com,
we may be able to modify the order
before it is sent to the warehouse.
In many cases, however, the order
may be too far gone in the picking
and shipping process to be modified
and/or stopped.

If you must cancel an order for any

Customer Service Representative will
determine whether the order has
already shipped, in process, or in
the warehouse. A cancellation
request is no guarantee that the
order will be stopped or cancelled.

Most states require that taxes be
collected on sales transactions
between residents and merchants
physically located in that state.
We have physical points of
presence in California states. When
we ship orders to residents of
California state, we are required by
law to collect the applicable state
sales taxes and pay them to the
taxation authority in the respective
state.

been approved for tax-exempt status

Return Policy
|

We also offer a 15 day return policy
if you are not satisfied with your
purchase. Returned items must be in
ORIGINAL condition with all original
packaging and manuals. BB’s and
accessories are not returnable.
There is a 15% restocking fee for
returns and shipping charges are not
refunded. Cost of sending the
product back to us is also not
covered in our warranty and return
policy. You must fill out a RMA form
before returning merchandise,
You must contact Airsoftelite.com
via email for all warranty and
return claims prior to returning
products. Do not ship back the
inventory without any authorization
from Airsoftelite. Non authorized
return or warranty claims will not
be processed.
A copy of your invoice or packaging
slip must accompany all returns.
Before returning any item, you
must email us with the RMA
information requested below and
submit the form to our Customer
Support Department (support@airsoftelite.com)
for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. No
returns, of any type, will be
accepted without a RMA number on the
exterior of the box in plain sight.
